With over 10 years of experience on Jolly Phonics, Shainaz runs her own Phonics training centre in Mumbai, India, called "Phonickids", a fully Women Oriented Business. Since her foray into Phonics, Shainaz has taught 3,500+ students till date. She has established two Phonickids Franchisee Centres in Mumbai. Apart from significant change in the reading habits and overall personality, some of her students have also excelled in 'Spell Bee' national & international spelling competitions. Shainaz also conducts Phonics 'Teacher Training Workshops' and has trained several teachers so far.
Shainaz Jussa has been teaching Phonics using Jolly Learning methodology for about 10 years. Shainaz is "Professional Jolly Phonics Trainer" certified by Jolly Learning Ltd, UK. Shainaz has volunteered as a teacher in two schools (Martins Wood and Long Meadow in Stevenage), in the UK in 2002.
