Phonickids in association and commercial sponsorship from Jolly Learning Ltd., UK, conducts Free Teacher Training workshops to underprivileged Schools in India and abroad.
This is a purely non-profit work and is done to contribute back to the society.

Pilot Projects in the Government schools of Dimapur and Kohima in association with the State Education Ministry of Nagaland
West Khasi Schools, Meghalaya
Sarva Siksha Abhiyan project by Govt of Meghalaya. Trained over 500 Government Schools in the West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya. Led a group of Jolly Phonics Trainers.
Project Mala, Uttar Pradesh
Conducted Jolly Grammar training for the teachers of Project Mala in the villages of Guria, Patehra, Hasra and Mujehra, Uttar Pradesh.
Akanksha, Mumbai & Pune
Trainings conducted for Akanksha supported schools in Pune and Mumbai
Pilot project conducted for Government schools in Hetauda in association with Universal Learning Solutions, UK and Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) and Government of Nepal
Agha Khan, Mumbai
One day training conducted for the teachers of Aga Khan Foundation Education Services, India
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
